| Exercise is good and healthy for both you and the baby. I would however not do situps. I've known women who would run daily up to their due dates. While not all women can do that, riding a bike (stationary or other) and swimming are really good activities. I strength training like using dumbells and ankle weights are also a good idea. You should consult your doctor before you start an exercise routine to make sure. |

| i dont think alot of aerobic exercise would be too good for you, but gentle walking etc would be fine. |
