What's the best way to get rid of nappy rash? Henry has some round his front and whilst it doesn't seem to be bothering him it doesn't look very nice! Spent over an hour with him nappy-less, which he loved but my mother's carpet didn't when I wasn't quick enough!

What sort of nappies do you use? I found that using the supermarket own brand disposable ones seemed to make the problem worse.

use good quality nappies (I found Pampas to be excellent), change regularly, use sudocream, bath baby every day. Good luck!

hi i have cured my little girls nappy rash without any creams or chemicals! after wondering for some time why she was gett ing it so bad (and no one taking me seriously!) i decided to do some investigating and came upon a site called jenamarketing.com now this was a couple of months ago now and since buying their "baby dry wipe" little aimee does not suffer any longer! just a simple soft cloth designed for baby's bag! dry her bum after every change and hey presto! gone! they also do some other cleaning products which save you time and money! ive even got her one of these cloths for a comforter because she kept trying to cuddle it everytime i changed her!!! well you can afford to at a couple of quid a throw!
