Forearm showing - am I a slag?

I'm quite a racy kind of guy and will sometimes wear a t-shirt without anything on underneath. This leaves my fore-arms exposed for all to see.

I'm a bit worried that I may be sending the wrong message to women - do you think they reckon I'm easy? Should I always wear a coat - even on a hot summer day?

The last thing I want is for attractive young women approaching me and expecting to get laid - I'm just not that kind of guy...
