Get along with everyone but live inside yourself
Do what the police say but don't seem to friendly or tell them anything .
Never lend any other prisoner anything even if you like them since the others will see it as a sign of weakness and bully you
If hit get up and hit back so no one else trys

Therev was one TV in the pod area, but not in the cells, no radio or computers. |
