pregnant? help

hi everyone...
well me and my partner have been trying for a baby, so it wouldnt be a shock if i was pregnant! it would be lovely!
im not due on untill the 20th april, but for the last week ive been having pains as if im going to come on my period, also been alot more tired then usuall, been having a weird taste in my mouth! and very moody and emotional, sometime just burst into tears for know reason. Does it sound like i could be pregnant?
