It says on the instructions in her pill packet to not start the next cycle if she thinks she may be pregnant. She really needs to do a test first to find out for sure. If it is negative, then she can start the next packet. Does she have any symptoms of pregnancy? Antibiotics do stop the pill from working, and there is a 7 days rule. She is not covered whilst she is taking the antibiotics, and for 7 days after stopping the antibiotics, so you should have been using another form of contraception if you do not want to become pregnant. I hope the test gives you the results you want.

Let us know how you get on x
