All this talk of what has lysteria risks and not has got me a bit really- i am eating chips and choc atm coz thats all im allowed *insert sarcasm*

not sure if you all knew but lysteria also poses a risk in the fitst year of life too- so no soft serves for your 10mo!

anyway- reason i am posting is coz lysteria is not the only health risk. What about smoking- many people still think its ok to smoke during pregnancy.

Alcohol during pregnancy- we are coming up to a time of year when it considered acceptable to have a glass or 2, think about it!

Im sitting here today with gastro- thats a risk too!

Bottle feeding poses a gastro risk!

Driving our car poses risks too!

i can walk into a supermarket and catch a cold from the attendant

ok, now im going overboard!

and then there are those who follow every rule and still have a premmie or an unwanted outcome.

After i have this baby i will be eating ham etc... but then i cant have curry or cabbage afterwards either do the restrictions ever end!

just we need to weigh up the risks of our behaviour! The research about these topics is there, so research!

ahaha

The only produce I've been eating has been prepared and washed thouroughlyby myself and my partner and i've been steering clear of food that hasn't come from my kitchen. It's crazy all those pamphlets they've given me but i give myself a reality check by remembering that women still carry full term in third world countries
