salad and rolls ect

I saw a dietican she told me as long as salads, rolls etc, are made to order they are fine. Premade is at risk. I love chick. salad rolls and salads. This is conflicting information to what I knew.

I have'nt eaten any as yet, and still pretty strict on where I would buy it from. I don't eat it from say a salad bar in a restuarant or something. Actually there is probably only one place I would trust. It is a place that specialies in food allergies so they have strict preperation to avoid contemination. I don't know about other shops if I would trust it.
