| At what age does giggle incontinence normally end? My 16 year old daughter has wet herself twice in the last few months when laughing. |

I don't reckon it's something you grow out of by X years old, sorry! |

| Try getting her to do pelvic floor exercises, then when she's laughing she needs to practice clenching those muscles (before she feels like she's going to wet herself). It worked for me at about her age. |

| Get her to do pelvic floor exercises- there is a great DVD called PELVICORE Technique. Go to www.corewellness.co.uk to receive your free copy. The exercises are developed by Kari Bo, an expert in exercise science and physiotherapy. The exercises are clinically proven to cure stress urinary incontinence in up to 70% of women, if performed on a regular basis |
