I think you should watch yourself. If a girl/guy wants to loose weight and be thin, thats what they wanna do and i dont think that somebody should be discouraging them. I dont think that if you wanted to do something very badly that you would want someone telling you otherwise.
I have been anorexic for only 2 years and already have reached my goal because i have the will power. Im 14 5'2 and i weigh 68-70 pounds. Evan throughout all the hate comments on anorexia i still made it through, so stop wasting your time jugding on someone who is trying to reach a goal. Is it because you dont have any goals in life that you need to pick on others so feeel good about yourself? Think about that one.

You know what? I'll help all the girls n guys out there who want to be a pro ana. Because i know how much of a goal it is for many people. But first before i tell you how, ill tell you about me so you can get an idea of the effect my eating habits had on me. First Im 14 been an anorexic for 2 years now. I am 5'2 havent grown since the 6th grade which sucks but whatever. I weigh between 60-70 pounds. Sometimes my intestines will be popping out over my hip bones but usually ill just puch them back into place. Okay soo to start off being a pro ana you gotta have this routine. Every 3 days you dont eat,But you drink water occationally, then on the 4 day you can have a baby carrot. On the 5th days a fruit. 6th day another vegetable. 7 day a fruit again. BUT if anytime you do eat anything else even when you do eat you vegetable or fruit it HAS TO come out. For all you girls/guys who have trouble purging, you should put some hot water at the back of your throat, but dont let it go down. So when you stick you finger down there it is easier to come up. And if your still having some trouble with that get some hot peach juice and put it on the finger you are purging with, that always helps becase it makes you gag. If you wanna know when its All gone you will purge untill only liquid and blood is coming out then you can stop.Also push on your stomach to help your vomit come up. Remeber though to occashionaly be pushing on your liver to get all the biol to come out. And always be exersicing get about 2-3 hours a day. When you do drink REALLY cold water before because when the water is really cold it will burn more calories. Make sure to always exersice every part of your body so that every part gets its peice to loose more weight. Also when you sleep you burn alot of calories so when you go to bed earlier you can burn more calories. When you feel hungery punch yourself in the stomach.
Hope i can help some of the begginer anorexics or give some more help to the ones who already have anorexia.
And all you who dont believe in this mental disorder or think that everyone is just bluffing about it. F*** yourselves and stop wasting your time writing to us becuase we all dont care what ya'll have to say.

you know only a year ago i was anorexic all that i wanted to be was normal i diddnt want to feel sick everytime a bit of food went near my mouth i diddnt want to be the girl judging the girls that i used to think were skinny
but that was me
i would try and eat i would try not to judge people i would try to look at my self and say your to skinny but when a seen my self i thought i was fat but deep inside i knew i was to skinny and it wasnt as if i could go show off my body as if i was proud of it coz a wasnt and anyway i wore about 2 jumpers coz i was always cold coz i had no body fat
i was banned from doing p.e because i was too weak to do it and they new that it would help me i couldnt walk that far round the skool i was always last to my classes coz i was to weak
but i refused help
then one dai i went in and the furst thing the doctor said was whats wrong and i said you know whats wrong with me im anorexic
she said yeh i kno but why and i said coz am fat nd she went its not just that she sed i can see right through you yu crave attention but what for at that point i got up and left the room because i couldnt belive what she was saying but some how i new it was true
that night i sat and tried to figure out why i was like this but i couldnt find an awnser and when i went bak we started going over my life and then one day it hit me that i was anorexic because i was neglected as a child
then after that in 6months i was nearly better because it was helpin talkin and trying to eat with her help
a year later im better well i cant say completely coz i will never be proply better sometimes i panik and i make my self sick some times i feel sick when a go to eat something and other times i want to count how many calories im eating
but the only thing that stops me is will power because i dont want to go back to that
because anorexia took over my life and it was something that i couldnt hide and something i denied
thats what yu dont want to be
and sorry but that other girl yur not anorexic if yu were currntly yu wouldnt tell anyone trust me bt yu wouldnt want anyone to know
trust me i know
now read that from my experiance and tell me thats how yu want to live yur life to be skinnyer and yu will end up so sikinny that people will stop complementing yu and start talking about how thin yu are and how shockin it is that yuor anorexic and why yu are doin it
and just rember that anyone else who is considering that life

baby carrots are a great way
they contain 10 calories every 5 u eat
also try chicken broth
preferably frozen in ice cube trays because ur body will use more energy to keep warm and tht means using up more calories
and one more thing
salsa
each tablespoon i think is about 10 calories
try this diet
breakfast-nothing
lunch-5 baby carrots 2-3 cubes
snack-3 baby carrots (don't forget to make em last)
dinner- 10 baby carrots and 5 cubes
don't forget lots of cold water
other tips
exercising your brains out keeps the hunger away
snapping rubber bands on urself helps u remind yourself to not eat and concentrate on the pain

i am not going to be nasty about any comments that anyone has posted on here or to u, but just listen to this.i am a 23 year old f with 2 children one of 3 and 1 of 6 months.for a good few years i have been suffering from low self esteen, anxiety and depression,but it has only been thru toning up and exercise,not excessive exercise but lots of walking and eating healthy (ok have the odd take away)that i actually prob look better than i did b 4 i had children.all i will say to the people outside who have posted that it a mental thing,yes it prob is a mental thing, but how can alot of young girls help it when there is alot of pressure out there on tv, web,newspapers etc to look skinny or perfect.not being funny but all these people have been airbrushed and got lots of make up on so it is all fake,thats not what they look like in real life.i know its hard believe me,but all i can say is is that to help me along aswell to tone up as well as the walking and healthy eating(that helped me look good physically)but i bought a abs belt.it is a abs toning belt that contracts your tummy muscles and tone u up and makes u appear slimmer.but for gods sake,dont make your self ill by being anorexic.I been and prob going thru it, but just think, that do u want breasts or no breasts coz not being funny if u lose all this weigght u nwont have none.u need to look like a woman.that is wot is keeping me going aswell as the ab belt.i found that the ab belt is a more mental thing that you are trying to do something about toning and looking good other than being anorexic and ill.believe me on this.what i will do is post you again with my website,go on there and learn more.please listen to someone who knows all about this.hope all goes well and hope u listen to this

i am also 14 and ihave e.d i had itfor2 years nowso i no what it isi lost 10 pounds in less then a motnthi weigh99 pounds and i wanna loose 5more yeah ive been in the hospital3times now but im just too fat so f you need help ican help you

I am 5'2" and weight 175 lbs. At one point I weighed 103 lbs! I so want to lose weight and am willing to do anything to get back to 103 lbs. I like the rubberband tip and the carrot, ice, and celery diet. I also think I need much more sleep and exercise. I wish there were a support group to help women lose weight and keep it off. I seem to go from one extreme to another ...I just need to lose it and keep it off. I hate food it has ruined my life...

hunny im in grade 12, 5'11" and 160lbs
and that is the right weight for me
theres a girl who is 6'2" and 120 in my school
but that doesnt bother me
what matters isnt being skinnier than normal
ask ANY guy they dont like it when girls are too skinny
what you should care about is being healthy
life is way too short to spend it caring so mucha bout what other people think
focus on the person you are and the beautiful person you are

Sweet heart i understand that you are struggling with your weightloss what i suggest is that you eat 4-6 healthy small meals a die because you need to at lest eat 1200 calories which is probably less than what you are consuming dont drink soda or any soft drinks and have more natural juices and consume more water, also start doing exercise turn on the radio and dance in your room or run in a trademill for about 30 mins a day it should boost up your metabolism and make you loose weight be patient it will be hard but turning to anorexia will be worse. please dont turn to anorexia to solve that weight issue.

To all the people that are cursing this girl out you should because although anorexia is a psycological disease like it has been said it could start off with a diet. Please learn to say things in a respectful manner she is obviously having self esteem issues anyone does and cursing her out would not help her but throw her more into the hole she is asking to get into.

Listen noone deserves to get what comes from anorecia you need understand that just because this girl is not anorexic yet it doesnt mean that she doesnt have psychological issues she obviously has low self esteem and doesnt think highly of herself cursing her out and talking in such a demening manner will not help her but throw her under the bus and to all of you who have decided to curse out this 8th grader i say shame on you instead of helping you, you judge and treat her wrong.

To you hon depending on your height you could be exactly where you need to be but if you want to become healthier in your school there should be a sport that you like so do that sport and eat healthy 6 small meals a day which means eat breakfast, snack, lunch snack and dinner. I wanted to loose weight and did that and added belly dancing and now i have a wonderful body like shakira and can dance like her too. Please dont fall into the trend of anorexia you wont have a good life trust me i used to be anorexic and then they made me go to this camp for girls with ed and they helped me and i gained a lot of weight but then i lost enough to where i am healthy and now i know how to eat healthy please dont do this to yourself

if u want 2 be anorexic cut down calories around 600/700 if u give in u can always come bulimic to get rid of the food u gave in to eat .
I f ure desperate do it but I recomend u DONT

How can/do fat people become anorexic?

If you eat around 300ish calories, and loss at least 500 calories everyday, will you loss a lot?

Dont bash me, I have my reasons.
