i need the old java j2se v.1.3.1 to use lime wire does anybody know where i can get it from plz help!!!!!!!!!!

and i need it for windows vista

wish i had looked on here before trying to get it running on my laptop which is vista and totally crap!!! i cant get a damm thing to run on it properly and i am thinking of taking it back to the shop that i bought it from as its not fit for purpose, i.e. it wont blody work anything

oh yeah btw i went on that site and did the downloading thing and it just wont run it tells me otherwise on the laptop but when you look for it in the control panel etc its not there so as far as this comp is concerned it isnt on but it shows up on the list on the bottom right!!! wtf????? i cant even uninstall it if it isnt there can i?

as lime wire is not working anymore i've started using ares galaxy which is mabye even better than lime wire you should try it

andi have run it and it works!!!! takes a fair bit of time tho to run and install but everything is working for me now.
