Weird dream

I had a dream that my ex came looking for me in a rage and shot me. The bullet hit me under my left breast, but somehow I managed to escape to a neighbours house and raise the alarm. A few mins later he burns my house down, with all my treasured possessions still inside.

What does this dream symbolise? I was scared by it.

Dreaming of been shot is supposed to mean that you will be abused by someone close to you (possibly your ex as the dream suggests), but if you survive, the matter will be resolved.
To dream your home is burning, is supposed to signify a happy family.
(quote from Wordfords dream dictionary) For a young woman to dream that her bosom is wounded foretells that some affliction is threatening her.

Going by this, your probably going to encounter your ex in the near future, and you'll have an argument, but later you'll forgive each other.

I have mad dreams too they usually mean nothing.

JUST A RE-CAP ON THAT DREAM.....

I dreamt my ex came and shot me - my ex ended up passing away in June 07

I dreamt my house burnt down - not long after that dream I lost my house and had to move back home

Confused
