| When i was pregnant 3 years ago i used to dream constantly of giving birth to snakes and then those snakes would then give birth to more snakes. It used to freak me out. I still on occasions dream about snakes although not quite to the same extreme. Any ideas what thats all about? |

This day may suggest a fear that you will spend the rest of your life as a mother at home raising children. Such a dream is not uncommon among women who are apprehensive of being able to return back to the workforce.
Or you could have watched a movie such as Alien then adapted and exaggerated the scene where an alien monster pops out of someone's chest onto yourself. |

Snake:
since the biblical story of the Garden of Eden, snakes have been associated with deceit and trickery, as well as temptation. In modern interpretation, the snake represents our surpressed sexual urges and uncontrollable passion. Freud suggested it as a phallic symbol. A snake coiled around you means you are enslaved to sexual passions. A snake in the grass, however, is telling you there is disloyalty and trickery around you. Because snakes are poisonous, most people fear them and usually associate them with death. On the other hand, a snake coiled around a stick is a symbol of wisdom...
from my dictionary of dreams but nothing about giving birth to snakes...sorry! |
