I want to create a new folder for a specific email address to go into. How do I do this? I cannot find the right instructions.

Thanks.

Hi, with outlook express open and showing the list of folders on the left hand side, right click on 'local folders' and select new folder.
You then select where you want the folder to be placed and give the folder a name.
Next go to the tools menu and select message rules and the mail option.
With the mail rules window open select the 'new' button on the right hand side to open the easy to use tick box options. You can tick say; 'where the from line contains people' then in the 3rd box down click on 'contains people' and complete the senders email address.
Next tick the 'move it' box in the 2nd box and select the folder you created earlier.

If set correctly then any mail from the specific sender will end up in your new folder all by itself.

Good luck :-)
